沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(precipitation hardening stainless steel)是(shi)指(zhi)在(zai)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學成(cheng)分的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上添(tian)(tian)加(jia)(jia)不(bu)同類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、數量的(de)(de)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su),通過(guo)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)過(guo)程析出(chu)不(bu)同類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)(he)數量的(de)(de)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物、氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物、碳(tan)氮化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物和(he)(he)(he)(he)金屬間化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)合(he)物,既提(ti)高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)強(qiang)度(du)又(you)保(bao)持足(zu)夠的(de)(de)韌(ren)性(xing)的(de)(de)一(yi)類(lei)高(gao)強(qiang)度(du)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),簡稱PH鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)。沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)根據(ju)其基體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)金相組(zu)織可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)馬氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、半(ban)奧(ao)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)(he)奧(ao)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)3類(lei)分類(lei)根據(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)中主(zhu)要(yao)合(he)金元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su)的(de)(de)含(han)(han)量和(he)(he)(he)(he)所(suo)加(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su)而(er)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)四大類(lei),即:(1)馬氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),含(han)(han)碳(tan)一(yi)般低0.1%。通過(guo)加(jia)(jia)入硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su)(銅,鋁(lv),鈦(tai)和(he)(he)(he)(he)鋁(lv)等)進行強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),以(yi)(yi)(yi)彌補(bu)強(qiang)度(du)不(bu)足(zu)。鉻(ge)(ge)含(han)(han)量一(yi)般高(gao)于(yu)17%,并加(jia)(jia)入適(shi)量鎳(nie)以(yi)(yi)(yi)改善(shan)耐(nai)蝕性(xing);(2)馬氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)時效(xiao)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),含(han)(han)碳(tan)不(bu)高(gao)于(yu)0.03%以(yi)(yi)(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)馬氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)基體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)韌(ren)性(xing)、耐(nai)蝕性(xing)、焊接性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)(he)加(jia)(jia)工性(xing),含(han)(han)鉻(ge)(ge)不(bu)少12%以(yi)(yi)(yi)確保(bao)耐(nai)蝕性(xing)。另外還加(jia)(jia)入合(he)金元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su)鈷,進一(yi)步改善(shan)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)熱處(chu)理效(xiao)果;(3)半(ban)奧(ao)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),即過(guo)渡型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),含(han)(han)鉻(ge)(ge)不(bu)少于(yu)12%。含(han)(han)碳(tan)低,并且(qie)以(yi)(yi)(yi)鋁(lv)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)其主(zhu)要(yao)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su)這類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)比(bi)馬氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)有更好(hao)的(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)能(neng);(4)奧(ao)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),是(shi)在(zai)淬火狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)和(he)(he)(he)(he)時效(xiao)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)都為(wei)(wei)(wei)穩定奧(ao)氏(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)組(zu)織的(de)(de)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),含(han)(han)鎳(nie)(高(gao)于(yu)25%)和(he)(he)(he)(he)錳都高(gao),含(han)(han)鉻(ge)(ge)高(gao)于(yu)13%,以(yi)(yi)(yi)確保(bao)良好(hao)的(de)(de)耐(nai)蝕性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)(he)抗氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)通常添(tian)(tian)加(jia)(jia)鈦(tai)、鋁(lv)、釩(fan)或磷作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)硬(ying)(ying)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su),同時加(jia)(jia)人微(wei)量硼、釩(fan)、氮等元(yuan)素(su)(su)(su),以(yi)(yi)(yi)獲得優良的(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)能(neng) [1]  。
